Eurospan Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Eurospan was launched in the mid-1960s to provide a marketing and distribution capability for a group of medium-sized US academic, scholarly and textbook publishers. Geographically Eurospan operates in the UK; Continental Europe; Middle East & North Africa; Sub-Saharan Africa; Asia; Oceania; Latin America; and North America. In May 2020, Eurospan became part of United Independent Distributors (UID). UID also includes Marston Books Services, Orca Books Services and Turpin Distribution, and was set up to provide flexible services for both publishers and agencies working on behalf of publishers.
Eurospan customer service is disappointing and unwilling to help, a mistaken order can't be paused or canceled due to the late response of customer service, Katie C.claims at bbb.org
"Very disappointed with the customer service. I order the wrong book for my graduate class (the titles were very similar, my mistake, but still.) I emailed the company a day later asking if they could halt the order or instruct me on how to return the book. I got an email 3 days later saying sorry my order was already processed and they didn't accept returns. They certainly do not care about the customer if they aren't willing to help any more than that."
